Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of furniture and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders. Final sale items are also not eligible for return.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items that are damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
